1. Processing Time

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the worldwide, such as United States, Italy, Germany, France, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia etc.

For international orders, please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order:

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within [7] days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Package value will state below $800, it is a duty free amount when custom clearance, in case in some area,customs fees may apply,International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return most items within [7 days] of delivery for a refund.

  • Condition : Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Earrings and pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons are final sale​ unless defective.

    • Personalized/customized items

    • Gift cards

2. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for a different size or color within [7 days] of delivery, subject to availability.

  • The item must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service or fill out the online return form to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the original receipt or order number, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5-10] business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • Defective/wrong items: We provide a prepaid return label.

7. Final Sale Items

Clearance, sale items, and certain jewelry (e.g., earrings) are marked as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
